intellemotionce
A podcast that explores how we write emotional intelligence into every chapter of life from cradle to grave.
Why listen?
Emotional intelligence isn't innate. I wish it was. Because then I wouldn't have made as many of the same mistakes, or unconscious, conditioned decisions that didn't serve me or my life for three decades. I know a thing or two about low EQ and I also know a thing or two about improving EQ.

EQ (emotional quotient, which is emotional intelligence) is a life skill, a way of being that I believe is crucial to a well-rounded, resilient, healthier life. It's not (yet) embedded in our society as it needs to be, and I will use my voice to contribute to changing that.

This is a podcast for anyone who hasn't been gifted with EQ, who wants to find out if that's them (!), who wants to improve it, who wants to be part of the solution of improving it in other's lives - children, adolescents, partner (?) and in society itself.

It's not about being perfect - it's about self-awareness, self-accountability, self-responsibility, stepping up for yourself and for others (who deserve you to show up.)
